Donation Requests

We love supporting our community in any way we can. If you are a registered non-profit looking for donations, please fill out our form and we’ll see what we can do!

This form must be filled out completely in order for your request to be considered

*Your request for donation must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the date it is needed.

*An organization is eligible to receive one donation per year.

*A Federal EIN for all donations is required.

*Any non-profit that is requesting beer must have a valid 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 and a WSLCB special occasion license for the event. NO EXCEPTIONS. Here is more info:

*Causes that will receive priority: Children, Agriculture, Schools, Animals, and Cancer. We will not donate to any political or religious affiliations.
