After long last it's here: The Skagit Mule Originally designed at our employee holiday party a few years back, the Skagit Mule was built out of our love of Jacob's ginger cider, limes meant for La Raza, and a splash of secret ingredients. The result is this wonderfully dry sipper that is packed with nuance. Bourbon on the nose from the barrel, the distinctive kick of tart apple, the subtle hit of key lime and fresh ginger on the back end, and a heat backed finish filled with vanilla and oak from the five different barrels. Officially releasing on 4/22 the Ragged & Right Pommeau is a thing of real beauty that we have been working on for quite some time and are incredibly proud of. Pommeau is a traditional French drink made from blending apple brandy with fresh apple juice and placing it into barrels to age. Our pommeau started as hard cider that was distilled by Bellewood Farms in Lynden. We then blended the apple brandy with fresh Yarlington Mill and Jonagold apple juice and aged it in an ex-sherry/rye whiskey barrel for 16 months. The result is a delicious apple wine that tastes of oak, sherry, and whiskey with a lasting sweet and tannic apple juice finish that lingers on the palate. 19.4% ABV Head cider maker, Jacob Mitchell, has created something very special here. This is something very special and considerably limited. Available in 375ml bottles and 4oz pours* at the taproom. *max 2 per person per visit
